F16C block 40

Looking to do a kit in honor of a class mate that died while flying an F16. He flew out of New Mexico with the Tacos. His plane was a F16c block 40.
What is the best kit to get to build his plane?

Tamiya is generally considered the best, they may a few kits and aftermarket parts can round out anything not in a kit.
