International student to USAF officer

Hello, I am a citizen of Canada, I have held interest in becoming a pilot in the USAF for a long time, I am relatively close to graduating and plan to continue education at a university on a student visa in the USA, what would be the process of becoming an officer in the air force from there? Are there any road blocks I should be aware of? And would not being born in the USA affect my chances of succeeding?
