C-130 Rainbow Fitting production violations

Hello,
I have witnessed processing violations in the manufacturing of C-130 "Rainbow Fittings" (P/N 3339709-1 -2) that go in the Center Wing Box at a Lockheed supplier's facility involving forming per STP51-302, penetrant inspection, hardness and conductivity, and use of non-approved processors.

Anyone out their experience the same kind of issues?
